Got reasonably large and cool room with A/C as well as a fan. Variety of excellent options for meal. Supper friendly staff, early check in.

The staff was very pleasant and consistently courteous, helped with every request. After an early check-in we were provided with a big and cool room.

Comforts of big room with 2 beds were fabulous. Everywhere there was fairly clean. The location was marvellous, minutes away from Lava Light Galleries.

The room is spacious, well-equipped with a bathroom, and has a coffee maker, which is a nice touch.

It was well worth the money spent, considering the nice view and the comfy bed. The location was also great, with everything within walking distance. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety to the menu would be great.

Great variety of options available, the food was excellent! The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the rooms were spacious 🌟.

Dirty,room safe was not secured to the wall, felt unsafe,poorly secured doors to patio,they had only simple latch to secure them from the inside, breakfast was an insult ,take this motel off from your site , do not stay there .

Great position and the cheapest hotel in town! Fairly clean and a good place to stay if you don't want to drop > 100$ in a fancier place.

It would definitely need an update, it's like traveling back in time to the '70s.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the location couldn't have been better. The staff at Uncle Billy's Kona Bay were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The morning meal could be improved with a wider variety of options, particularly when it comes to fresh, local fruit.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was close to shopping and a variety of restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the area. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were outstanding - they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We felt well taken care of and appreciated their warm hospitality.

While the hotel had its positives, there were a few drawbacks. The rooms felt a bit dated and could use some updating.

The location. We could watch the 4th July Parade and fireworks from our balcony. It is close to everything.

They say free Wi-Fi, but we can't receive it. The hotel needs maintenance, there are cockroaches in the room.
